​Either you are a Canadian or any citizen of this world, please read this short resume of a long sad cruel story till the end to have a little idea about the oppressive discrimination in Canada. We are two Canadians, father and son were forced to leave Canada. I had a home in Oshawa, Ontario. I was forced to sell my home to move to Quebec to save my son’s education and health, it was not possible in Quebec as well to enrol my son in a school neither to get him the medical care he needed. We had to leave Canada to become refugees in Morocco. Thank God we have the citizenship of this welcoming country.
It is a shameful when a high school called McLaughlin located in Oshawa Ontario Canada deprives my son of being enrolled in French immersion program, he has been enrolled in anonymous program which doesn’t exist in any Canadian high school. It has planned to force a Brown Muslim Arab Kid to drop out of school. This high school under Durham District School Board have been known by discriminating against brown and black students with evidence and it is about time that every victim student can speak up, this is the purpose of this website.
During the apartheid in South Africa, Mr. Nelson Mandela never deprived of studying law to become a lawyer.
When my son found out that he wasn’t enrolled in French program, I had to meet with the vice-principal, he put him again in another anonymous program which it wasn’t French program with too many zeros in the subjects that he never attended, he was referred to success office like a student who failed to get good marks however the success teacher never been there to help him.
There is no school in the world could come up with this unhuman discriminatory plan to force a student to drop out of school with unrepairable mental condition. There is one only high school called Mclaughlin High School in Oshawa in Canada, the entire world should know about it.
My son was a brilliant student at school, he lost his mind, he couldn’t handle too many unfair zeros and repetitive planed wrong programs. He left me to live with his mother even he doesn’t get along with her husband who used to abuse him all kind of abuses with the approval of The Children Aids Society of Toronto. My son’s stepped father used to teach my son to hate Jewish people, he took him several times to protest againt Israel.
Children’s Aid Society of Toronto approved getting a child involved in antisemitism and political conflicts. As a Proud Muslim Moroccan Arab, Jewish and Muslims Moroccans live together for centuries in peace and mutual respect. In Canada, I couldn’t help my son to live in peace and learn tolerance.  
It is a shame when the Major Media in the city of Toronto and the entire country in general decline the right to a Canadian child to speak up to be able to share his horrible story of the century. One of our Canadian Media was talking about a newborn giraffe baby in the zoo of Toronto are looking to give him a name while kids are kidnapped by the police in the middle of the night unlawfully to be tortured in group homes, the same way the indigenous kids were taken from their families to be abused in residential schools, the history is repeating itself.
In group home, my son lived in a tinny room, it smells of poo and pee, he has been beaten up on many occasions, shocked like George Floyd. His torture was more serious than the torture of the Canadian Mr. Maher Arar in Syria with evidence.
Mr. Maher Arar came back victorious to Canada supported by the Media; my son and I were forced to leave Canada and we are not welcomed back, nobody cared about us however I still hope in Canadians and people from all over the world to support our cause.
Who cares to visit groups to see how miserably kids live over there? I have spoken to every Canadian political party, too many institutions funded to serve Canadians, nobody cares.
It is a shame that too many institutions financed with public funds and their job is to protect children, they harmed instead kids directly or indirectly. All they turned blind to help a child who needed desperately an urgent help.
The most shameful that the prime minister believes that my case is not a federal issue. Canadians don’t have short memory; we all remember the story of the Saudi girl Rahaf Mohammed, she left Saudi to flee the roles of her country and parents. She never been tortured or deprived of School. She made one call and it was enough for the United Nations to contact the Canadian authorities to help her come to Canada to have fun. The federal government has mobilised a governmental crew, she was welcomed by the minister of foreign affairs, it was a big show by the Media to mislead the world that Canada is the land of human rights. Our case is unprecedented, I challenge the federal government to give my case 1% of the attention that it has be given to Mrs. Rahaf. I challenge the prime minister and the United Nations if Mrs. Rahaf has experienced in Saudi Arabia what my son has experienced in Toronto where he was born.
This is not about me or my son, this about a lot of victims of discrimination and racism. Canada has double standards. Canada is very professional to show a fake face to the world, let’s Canadian talk freely without fear now.
It is a shame that the secretary of united nation never replied to my son, but he was quick to show to the world that Saudi Arabia oppressed women and Canada is the promoter of human rights. Myself I had to lose my job to protect my colleague at work, she was a victim of sexual harassment by our boss. She also lost her job. This case is documented in Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
It is a shame that Amnesty International believes oppressing and depriving children of right to freedom of expression isn’t under their speciality.
It is a shame that Ontario Human Rights Legal Centre decline to provide us with a lawyer against McLaughlin high school, Durham District School Board and Children’s Aid Society of Toronto.
It is a shameful that this centre doesn’t have appeal board to appeal their unfair decision.
It is a shame that a venerable father and son are going to face those public monster intuitions who hired the best lawyers with Canadian taxpayers’ money.
It is a shame that the fee of one day trial day would cost us 100 000 CAD.
It is a shame that Canadian justice is neither affordable nor accessible. Canadians are forced to give up on their rights especially against public institutions.
It is a shame that public institutions caused a father and son chronical mental health condition and eternal financial hardship.
It is a shame that the Canadian justice won’t be able to repair the damage of depriving a child of education and forcing a father and his son to leave the country. This should not happen.
The most shameful that justice is neither accessible nor affordable especially against public institution, they are funded with Taxpayer’s money to protect their staff against any kind of violation of law with the privilege to hire the best lawyers to avoid any kind of liability.
Within Ontario Human Right’s Tribunal, my son and I sued McLaughlin High School, Durham District School Board and Children’s Aid Society of Toronto.
On April 6, 2022, we had summary primary hearing by phone.  Imagine Ontario Human Rights Tribunal denied my right to use French to defend our rights.  We are venerable Canadian father and son, my mental health is deteriorated to be able to focus to face experienced lawyers using English and without legal support.
On June 6, 2022, the court decided to get Children Aids Society out of the case for one year delay excuse which it never occurred. The court is taking years to look at the cases.  This another double standard. A crime against children to be deprived of education and mental health shouldn't been occurred rather being dismissed for one year delay.    
It is a shame that refugees in Canada have right to lawyer, accommodation, and welfare however Canadian refugees abroad don’t have any right. What a dictatorship!

Imagine if Mr. Mandela was handled by Children’s Aid Society of Toronto, he would be destroyed like my son. If he attended McLaughlin School in Oshawa, he would be deprived of education, he would be stereotyped as a bad black kid with no education and if he commits a crime, his pictures would be everywhere, the Media wouldn’t care what he went through. Education prevents crimes and violence, and discrimination is a destruction.
This is how some propagandas is made in Canada to brainwash Canadians that indigenous people are drug addict and promote discrimination against minorities. It is about time to talk the truth freely.
Very soon, I will mention by name  every Media, Politicians and Authorities that I have contacted and refused to give us help. I am worried to lose my son, his mental health is getting worse. 
The worst cruel oppressive discrimination could happen in a country playing so called a Role Model of Human Rights Promoter in The World.
